2.2. The data we collect automatically
2.2.1. In the event that you connect to our services, Shiiped will have access to some of the data (in particular, your first name, last name, photograph, e-mail address) of your account.
2.2.2. During each of your visits, we may collect, in accordance with applicable legislation and with your consent, where applicable, information relating to the devices on which you use our services or the networks from which you access our services, such as, in particular, your IP addresses, connection data, types and versions of web browsers used, types and versions of your browser plug-ins, operating systems and platforms, data about your browsing experience on our platform, including your path through the various URLs on our platform, the content you access or view, the search terms used, download errors, the length of time you spend on certain pages, the advertising ID of your device, interactions with the page, and any phone number used to contact us. 2.2.3. We also collect information on your use of our platform (such as the number of ads published, your response rate to ads, your registration date, etc.).
2.2.4. Finally, we collect technical information relating to the model of your vehicle when you transmit your license plate number to us in order to facilitate the completion of the form describing your vehicle. This information is collected by querying the database produced by the auto-index company.
2.3. How long will your data be kept?
2.3.1. Your Personal Data are archived at the end of the following periods :
– 5 years after your last use of our platform, if you have not closed your account ;
– 1 year after the closure of your account, unless you have received a negative notice or a report, in which case your data will be kept for 2 years following the last negative notice or report received, whichever is longer.
2.3.2. The following categories of Personal Data are likely to be kept for different periods of time:

3.8 to send you, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and with your agreement where required by law, marketing, advertising and promotional messages and information relating to the use of our services, booking terms and conditions, or to suggest and advise you of goods or services which may be of interest to you. 4.4. We do not share your data with the third parties mentioned in 4.3. Above only in the following cases:
